River Song, the daughter of Amy Pond was biologically engeniered as a weapon against the Doctor, using his and Amy Pond Genes. How and when they did got hold of her is the actual question. When did they swap places with her? The first time the Doctor met her, it was her last time. She did mention that something was wrong within her timeline, that actually she was going back in time, while he went forth. She had the fear that one day he wouldn't remember her, because it would be his younger self.

If you watched 'The Doctors Wife' then you will know that the TARDIS said that "the only water in the forest is the river." It could mean River as in River Song. What does a river flow into? The Sea, a pond!!! If you use those clues to put together a better sentence, it is: "River Song flows into Amy Pond" or the other way round. We now know that River is Amy's daughter.

Cause the doctor was like but we kissed, which could mean that she is his daughter and rorys. but she could be amy and rorys child put the tardis (when they went throught the vortex) has made some of the time lord genes effect the unborn child.

i think that in the episode when amy tries to get it on with the doctor that when she kissed him he passed on some of his timelord venom stuff and that made her pregnant. lol weird suggestion but that's what i think

i think she could be jenny and she regenerated into a baby then she went into an orphanage then amy adopted her then amy saw who she was as she grew took her in the the tardis and left her in 1962 or something

I feel that River Song is actually the TARDIS, remember the Doctor said, "She's alive!" Or possibly, the future incarnation of the Doctor in his final plight and life, he turns human; he is half human anyway...

Or, maybe she is killed Captin Jack or perhaps she is Captin Jack?

The mysterious lady from the End of Time two-parter is the future incarnation of Donna Noble, I could see it in the Doctor's eyes and it was so fitting, being that the granps was infact her grandfather.

Anyway, if anyone watched last night's episode, "The Doctor's Wife", then you would see that the TARDIS is alive and that it is possible for her to inhabit someone's body. So with that being said, I still believe that River Song is the TARDIS.

i think that the little girl is Amys daughter but rory isnt the dad, the doctor is, thts how the little girl can regenerate. Or she is the doctors daughter because Jenny is short for Jennifer and that was the little girls name in the space suit. Then i thought of Amy being Jennys mum but she couldnt be because Jenny was computer generated. But i think there is a link between them.

Maybe cuz the tardis scanner was saying posotive, negative loads of times might of been because amy is from the future and there for she cant really be pregnant in the past so maybe the tardis scanner was getting a bit confused cuz of that?? lol. The sun news paper think amy is leaving cuz she kissed the doctor on the forhead and hugged him, then the doctor stepped into the tardis on his own! :( noooooo

@4Stardoll : I'm pretty sure that this is the possible outcome.. But River's regeneration ability is more like what happened with Genny (The Doctor's Daughter) when she came back to life. She will always come back as the same person. I wonder, though, if when she was in the astronaut suit, the suit itself was what made her kill him? and she had no real control over it.

@cutiepie8493 They're not "spoilers," they're made-up rumours. The marks are self-inflicted for each time one of the four of them encounters the Silence. They have to mark themselves because as soon as you look away from the Silence, you forget you ever saw them.

I think it's the Beast (Satan) from series 2, but in a different form. Marks, ood with different-colored eyes, monsters, screaming... it all fits.

What's scary about these marks is it's the SIGN OF FOUR from Sherlock Holmes XD

From the beast back in the first ood appearance toby zed got them on him, i think the beast is returning, the ood are returning aswell green eyes though so they might have done it.

It's interesting that they seem to have the pens around their neck. Also I can't see why, if they were drawing on themselves, they'd draw on their own faces, so maybe they're drawing on each other. As River hasn't any on her face, maybe it's she who started doing it. They surely must be tally marks, counting something. I don't understand why they're so haphazard though - they'd be easier to count if they were in straight lines down the arm, or something. Basically, weeeeeiiiiiiird! Can' t wait!!
