  • good form man I'm 15 and my max is 245 before football which is pretty good for a lineman.

  • @WoWConcept

    Bar+45s+35s+10s+2.5s= 230.

Take your caps lock off and get a fucking life you nerd. The video quality sucks, but that doesn't mean that the weight wasn't there.

  • HOLY SHIT!

  • i think its 225 bar 45 2 weights 45 45 other weight 35 35 and the small ones 10,10

    45+45+45+35+35+10+10=225

  • @machinima1998

There were 2.5s on the sides. It's hard to tell, and it's really not worth arguing over, but they were there, haha. This video is outdated anyway :P

  • 230? i hope u mean 175?

  • @bjapan96

    I guess you can't count.

  • @bjapan96 my bad thought those were 35s

  • awesome form how long have u been benching?

  • @littlejeff619

I've been lifting since about 8th grade, but just this last year and a half have been serious. I'll try and get some sort of new video up to quiet the morons, haha.

  • @guitarplyr123 haha yea. u got some haters up in here, they basically don't know that the bar itself is 45 lbs.. so it is 230

  • @guitarplyr123 yes its 230 ffs i bench 250 so ha fuckaaa!

  • Ok, i have read the comments and I don't need your smart ass comments about spelling, and about the damn weight. Nice misleading title asshole.

  • @InstenseGamer

Misleading? Alright then, you can continue being an idiot.

  • thats not 230

  • @emoney1616 Alright then Mr. Oblivious...

  • lyer tht is not 230 b/c 2 45lb weights on each side is 225, and u dont even have tht

  • @demolisher3436

    So, a 45, a 35, a 10, and a 2.5 on each side isn't 230?

I guess that does make me a "lyer". Dumbass.

  • Ok im 14 and i can bench 225 that dont mean im on steroids. Theres a kid at my school whos 16 that can bench 375 and he aint so dont be accusin ppl of takin steroids

  • 1: hes not 14

    2: thats not 230

  • @8500GT

    1. How would you know? I'm positive that I was aware of my own age at the time.

    2. Are you too stupid to read the comments to see that it was 230, but the camera that was used has terrible recording quality?

  • @guitarplyr123 i will not start a discussion about this. but IF you where 14 you use steroids now becouse you say you benched 300LBS when you where 15.

respect for you if it is true!

but watch out for yourself. if youre 15 youre not ready to lift those weights... or you want a serieus injury.

  • @8500GT I assure you, I was 14 at the time. I started lifting on a regular basis when I was in 7th grade, and this was filmed at the beginning of my 8th grade school year. I've always been a pretty big dude, so it didn't take too long to hit a 230 max.

I'm 16 and a half now, and I can just about rep 225-230 without any problems. I've probably stumped my growth at this point, but 6 foot is fine with me :P Lifting is just something that makes me feel good. It's a great thing :-)

  • @guitarplyr123 haha oke then! good job ;) but always be carefull! health is important ;)

  • @8500GT Big time. I'm always as careful as humanly possible.

  • @guitarplyr123 u cant stop ur growth from weight lifting

  • @8500GT Can't you count?

  • im 15 and can bech 275 :)230 its nothing lol

  • @josetheanimal73

I mean, I had been 14 for 3 months in this video. There's definitely no difference between 14 and a 4th versus 15. No, there couldn't be any physical difference in two kids there, that's preposterous!

Does everyone suck at math and common sense nowadays?

  • you are a genuine faggot

  • @Erac117

I'd say it takes one to know one, but I'm straight. I guess your mom and dad just had their fun in the bed with you one too many times, and you turned out like a pile of dog shit, just like so many others.

  • thats 220, hahah faggot

  • Hey, little girl. I don't want to hurt your feelings by insulting your 1st grade math skills, but....

    45x2=90.

    90+35+35=160

    160+20=180

    180+5=185.

    185+ a 45lb bar= 230.

Why don't you just crawl back into your little hole with that name that only a queer could love. Not only do you lack your own videos, but your math is worse than a retarded kid in pre-k.

    Get a life, bitch.

  • Thanks for the math lesson , just took a glance and with your shitty quality vid you can not see the "5" that you are talking about. I'm glad you took the time to check out my profile big guy, appreciate it =)

  • Hitting the "HQ" button and buying a pair of glasses might help you out. Both that, and looking at your profile take around 4 seconds. That's obviously too much time wasted.

  • Yer i see dem

  • 14 doing 230 NICE.

  • thats looks 205 45 and a 35 on each side and the bar whitch is 45 is 205

  • A 45, a 35, a 10, and a 2.5 on both sides, plus the 45lb bar is really 205.

Am I the only one who can see the 2.5s and 10s on the bar? Watch it in HQ and pause it at 3 seconds. I can definitely see the smaller weights on the ends.

  • i c it!!!

  • thats 160 lbs... 2 45's a 2 35's no?

  • They are 45 and 35 pound plates. That was all the weight that bench set had. It had 2 45s, 2 35s, 2 10s, and 2 2.5s. That's what I had, so that's what I put on the bar.

  • that aint 230 u dum fuck

  • Says the grammar-deficient moron who obviously can't read for their lives....

  • its funny how ppl make faker vids and make up e stats to try and make themselves look strong. lolin the vid your armsaminature anyone who really lifts can say you cant bench 300 at your age.

  • This was over half a year ago. A lot has changed, but I just haven't gotten around to recording anything new.

It's one thing to see someone in a video, but you have no idea how much they've changed. And you can ask anyone I know- my arms aren't miniature. Far from it :-P

  • its amazing how like these kids that are commenting cant count weight haha

    nice benching and form

  • Thank you....that makes one person that can count :-)

I'm thinking about getting a new video up soon, which I'd like to do in the next week or so.

  • It looked a little too easy for ya'

  • It wasn't really all that much.

Maybe I should get a video up that's a little more current...

  • so not 230 pounds yo the bars 45 and ur weights look like 35 each

  • Are you seriously that lazy and/or blind to read the comment before you?

They are 45 and 35 pound plates. That was all the weight that bench set had. It had 2 45s, 2 35s, 2 10s, and 2 2.5s. That's what I had, so that's what I put on the bar. You can add all that up, then come back and tell me what you get...

  • thats 185 pus pus

  • A 45, a 35, a 10, and a 2.5 on both sides, plus the 45lb bar is really 185 bud.

I do reps with 185 at this point...get your crap straight.

  • You say you're getting 300lbs now, pretty good gains. Im gaining to my 1rm bench press about 15.lbs./month. Last month 230, this month 245, my my goal is to max out @ 275. You got any advice that you could give to me?

  • Sticking with it is the biggest thing. If you can get a set routine down that you know you can follow, that will help out a lot. Come up with something that works all of your larger muscles, but also be sure to throw in somethings that work the smaller muscles as well. The little ones help out a good bit if you're working the larger ones as well. Also be sure not to work the same muscle group every day obviously.

So basically, set up a consistent workout and do it right.

    Best of luck :)

  • you could of got a few more

  • I actually did a set of 3 right before this, but I couldn't get a 4th. I didn't feel like posting that one, so I did a second take with just one rep :)

  • lol very nice

  • HAHA finally you posted this..

    XD

  • thats not 230

    on my count its 205

looks to me like u got 80 on each side a 45 and a 35

    then a 45 pound bar 80+80=160+45 is only 205

  • That's what it looks like, but it's not :P It was 230...a 45, a 35, a 10, and a 2.5 on each side adds up to 230. You can't see it very well, but that's what's there. I did this with my neighbors bench, and they only had a pair of each weight thus I had to make due with what I had.

  • oh ok i figured it had to add up somehow im at 175 at age 14 but ive been injured for a consecutive 2 years so i would say form about 5 months of working out 175 is pretty good

  • That doesn't sound bad at all for a 2-year injury.

Good luck with getting 100% better, and I hope everything gets back to normal soon enough for you!

  • ya i had stress fractures in my knees and i had some crazy stuff going on with my back i got scoliosis and the vertebrate were picnhing nerves and touching eachother and i was not allowed to lift at all but ya im pretty happy with how ive been doin my personal trainers name is yvonne edmunds i will post a vid response if i can or u can look her up shes buff haha but shes good at teaching u how to lift

  • Ahh....knee problems :( I'm going through a lot of knee issues myself, so I haven't been able to do squats or much leg-work at all lately. According to doctors and everyone, I gotta wait to grow a little before the pain clears up. No fun.

Other than that, it'd be cool to see a vid response if you can! If not, I'll look her up :)

  • ya is it like right under the knee cap cuz its probably wut i had its calle dosgood slaughters disease and its caused from growing and yer muscles being super tight which then pull pretty good and right under yer knee is part of the bone that has two muscle attachments pulling in opposite ways which then causes a stress fracture and it absolutely sux
