Corruption, injustice will continue unless people do something to stop it. The people who does something about are either fired, retaliated,harassed, & the list goes on. The people in power, do nothing about the problem. Reality bites, what comes around goes around. No one can escape from it, it's a wake up call to change.

Set up a bidding process for a "multi-million" contract, allow for vendors to submit their competetive prices, close the bid, exposse all bidders and bidded prices, recall the bid, cancel the bid, re-submit the bid for the "multi-million" contract a second time, ilegally "manipulate" the re-submitted bids all except for one bidder that has not participated in the first bidding process, guess who gets the contract?...... need a calculator or need a procurement expert?
