The meno tempo part, is supposed to be slower than the rest. I suggest you play the other parts a little faster and then the meno tempo part a little slower with a more rubato fell to it.

I have an expensive Spanish guitar and a Valencia just like that one. They sound very different from each other but I think the Valencia has a nice sound in her own right. You make her sound absolutely spectacular.

I'm surprised you don't get a better guitar. One as a music student has to demand better and better instruments while improving your skills. I struggled and managed to buy a 500 dollar luthier guitar from Paracho, México, so even if you have little money you must find the way to get a nice instrument.

Is it cedar and rosewood ? Even if it is just veneers it still is made from two optimal flamenco woods. I like it ! Funny every player who complains about the extra hard tension strings sounds good with them ? Keep up the good work, I want to get a classical guitar now !

I tell you. I own a Manuel Rodriguez model c and I paid 700 euro for it. And I own a cheap Valencia CG-180 and paid 80 euros for it and the sound is much better, really incredible for this kind of money. One thing to do and that is put some good hard tension strings on it. And It's not even a solid..

When I first heard this I thought "lovely song, well played, guitar sounds nice.. Ramirez?..." But this inspired me to start playing again, after I learned this song, I realized there are a couple of notes missing, but nevertheless this is an "individual" interpretation and for that we have to give him credit for.
