Just an idea but at the end instead of running into the building and going to the roof you could have run down the street to a cliff overlooking the water. He looks down at the water than turns around and looks at the cops. He tries to jump off, and all of the sudden the music stops and he says "Oh. Right" and he pulls out his cell and pushes a button and at the top left corner it says cheat activated and the cops stop and he just walks away whistling.
