  • Hey kensadork, I'm not really a big fan of cilantro, any suggestions for an alternative? :)

  • I love that you bake 'em instead of frying them.First of all its's a lot healthier and secondly it won't fill the whole house with that nasty fried smell :)

  • Ken, why didn't you stuff her meat yet?

  • plz adopt me!

  • @ColorDivaPRDR idk, that's a tall order... not sure I'm up for it :) lol

  • these look so good!!! I love samosas!

  • i think i'm possibly an old eastern european grandmother locked inside the body of a mixed race late 20's girl, because i seriously want to squidge your cheeks and whatnot.

  • Try using egg to seal the samosa! Great recipe, its exactly how my mom makes them!

  • i like to add peanuts :)

as an indian i would like to say A+ on the cooking except we fry it tehe

  • @rocknaomi i know, traditionally its fried but i didnt feel like dealing with a hot vat of oil..lol

  • if u guys really wanna try somthing spicy yet weird try chicken patiyala...not the famous one but certainly the most intriguing of them of all...

  • I like how when you say the part about grating one teaspoon of ginger, it sounds like you were smiling or laughing prior to recording that. Hahah. Anyways, these look wondaful. :)

  • @mchavarria91 lol I was cause nick was making me laugh.

  • Looks yummy!, but I'm not a fan of onion an cilantro. =\

  • @alexq20 I suggest you try it cause the cilantro and onion are not prominent flavors. If anything you'll get a lot of the turmeric and garam masala. You can also substitute them with scallions and parsley, or just completely omit them.

  • Omg. I'm hungry. And I just ate. YOU MAKE ME HUNGRY. lol

  • oh wow, you made that look easy! anyway if you're gonna continue with the international theme then can you include mideterrenean dishes too?! :) i'd love to learn how to make something other than gyros and hummus

  • oooohh....I LOVE samosa!! I'm totally gonna make these.....YUM!

  • thank you for the veggie option! i can easily make this vegan too! vegan butter milk is 1/2 non dairy 1tbsp lemon juice (or any acidic thing lime, vinegar ) let sit for 5 mins and its "buttermilk"!

I would have never thought I Could make these!!! Looks so easy and good!

  • I wish I liked cilantro. These look awesome and I will try them, sans-devil weed. :)
