I love that you bake 'em instead of frying them.First of all its's a lot healthier and secondly it won't fill the whole house with that nasty fried smell :)
These look freaking delicious, and luckily - - I have all the ingredients in my cupboard! Looks like I know what I'll be making in a few days :D (Gotta get the stuff to make the chutney. Can't have one without the other)
ahahaha, "you didn't even stuff my meat yet" LMAO. And the look on Ken's face ahahahaha. Sounded like you were laughing whil recording this, it is nice that you have a good time. Deff will try some :)
have you heard of baingan bharta?? i think it's a sort of eggplant curry. anyway, i was SUPER craving some yesterday, but i haven't been able to find a good place for it in my area. i would LOVE it if you did a video on that. thanks!!
i think i'm possibly an old eastern european grandmother locked inside the body of a mixed race late 20's girl, because i seriously want to squidge your cheeks and whatnot.
I like how when you say the part about grating one teaspoon of ginger, it sounds like you were smiling or laughing prior to recording that. Hahah. Anyways, these look wondaful. :)
@alexq20 I suggest you try it cause the cilantro and onion are not prominent flavors. If anything you'll get a lot of the turmeric and garam masala. You can also substitute them with scallions and parsley, or just completely omit them.
oh wow, you made that look easy! anyway if you're gonna continue with the international theme then can you include mideterrenean dishes too?! :) i'd love to learn how to make something other than gyros and hummus
thank you for the veggie option! i can easily make this vegan too! vegan butter milk is 1/2 non dairy 1tbsp lemon juice (or any acidic thing lime, vinegar ) let sit for 5 mins and its "buttermilk"!
I would have never thought I Could make these!!! Looks so easy and good!
This makes me very hungry and I enjoyed every bit of it !
