The "laughing" people seen in this video are actually "hysterical" gripped with fear because they know they were not among those who were devoted enough to Kim Jong IL to spontaneously weep out loud in public. Subsequently, they were rounded up and arrested by the Korean Military Police (MP) carrying AK-47s. This video is actually footage of them being lead away by the MP to an isolated area of the city to be execute blind folded as they're lined up in front of a concrete wall. LOL!
