@TheMars2090 Do u know if Alexi Cherepanov was as good as either Tarasenko or Kuznetsov? Sadly, and tragically, the hockey world will never watch Cherepanov play in N.America. After all this time, I still think of that kid and what a shame it was he got involved in blood doping.

@MrNumberNine9 I could see the Caps moving up in the draft and grabbing Galchenyuk or Grigorenko. Yakupov, no way but with 2 first round selections, I can see McPhee grabbing one of Galchenyuk or Grigorenko. He's certainly not shy when it comes to drafting the Russians and both players are highly touted prospects in their own right. Then use Backstrom in a trade for Yakupov and the Caps will look like the old red army national team's of the 70's and 80's....!! JK on Backstrom.
