The Mega CD game is Mansion of Hidden Souls, the US title of the game Yumemi Mystery Mansion. I would love to have something like that, the only Gashapon figure I have is a Shmup ship from Ray Storm.
The Saturn is indeed the model 1 (launch) Japanese Saturn.
Also the Mark III was just the original model of the Master System in Japan (the Japanese Master System was the second version of the system there); the SG-1000 original (Mark I and Mark II) was a separate system, released several years earlier. Did they ever do a Mark I one of these?
Anyway though, awesome stuff... definitely very impressive for that price!
