Ridiculous.. these guys appear uninformed and ignorant about what's happening across the country in their own industry. Reminds me of David Brent. One minute Bristol is a vibrant open community sharing ideas the next it's short on talent and needs more risk taking/grants. I'm sure there's more going on in bristol than this considering some of the media companies in the city.
