ok this is what to do, ok um lets see yes you blow the building up and then by the wreckage (the building on the other side of the wreckage) will have a latter on it and it will futher carry u on into the misson so go down by the wreckage and the last building to ur east on the wall will be a latter and post a comment on if u found it.

i need to ask you a question on the ps2 i am i on mission 3 when you have to protect the vice president and you have to explode the building by putting a bomb on it but i set it and run back and then the road is blocked so what do i do?

@ghostrecon234567 go where there is a ladder and you will face some snipers. after that, there would another ladder to the right of the blocked road.
