the quality is just like it used to be and all 3 Chevrolet i have had just fall apart the motor and trans are not bad but the rest of the damn things just fall apart after it get about 3 years old

I own a supercharged 2006 gt500. It might not be gt500kr, but it is still very fast. The truth is though, that the ZR1 is much faster, and I would trade my stang in on one in a heartbeat. It isn't a Ford vs. Chevy thing, it is simply fact that the ZR1 outperforms the stang in every facet of road testing from handling on the slalom to acceleration, top speed, and braking performance. The ZR1 wins hands down over the shelby.
