Funny how characters resemeble so many people from Star Trek. Grunt/Wrex reminds me of Worf as the muscle of the ship. The collectors remind me of the Borg as a kind of hive mind and not having any will of their own. Hell the illusive man reminds me of Q. Data = legion. Samara reminds me of Troi. Jacob reminds me of Geordi laforge. Donnely reminds me of scotty (engineers lol). Thane + Mordin = Spock. Garrus is Riker. Sulu reminds me of a male Kasumi. So many more, but im out of space lol

@jjpangify Absolutely not. Mass Effect is already an interactive 30+ hour movie. What makes it special is the choices we make as Shepard. Some Hollywood idiot reducing that into a 90 minute passive experience (with bad 3D of course) would turn a great series into crap. Video games are a better narrative medium than movies for the Mass Effect experience.

@ivantheterrible60 Cerberus was pretty much the only one aware of whats behind the attacks and where the collectors were. Also a fleet wouldnt have done shit because they need the reaper IFF to get through the omega 4 relay and collectors attacked colonies. I doubt some small-medium sized colony would have heavy fleets to defend it.
