Taa Ba- Abad= Abad mean forever, end of times, etc, so it means "Till Forever".

Sayi = Effort, Hard-work, etc.

Taghayyur = Change, improvement

Wali = Here it means some responsible person.

Mustafavi = Followers of Muhammad Mustafa [S.A.W], i.e. Muslims

So, the meanings of these lines are:

Very emotional and well sung song by Mehdi Zaheer. I remember seeing it on ptv long time back and if u get to see it you will find many popular singers performing the chorus Allah-o-Akbar. I wonder why nobody tries to make good videos of these songs by using the modern video technology.
