I read Poulsen's book in two days flat and i must say if was a rather good read. First it was nice to get away from the technical manuals i been reading on memory acquisition witch ironically is mentioned in the book and HBGary makes a product for. Second the guy deserves a prize for his skill for being a writer alone. There were parts in the book that was a nice walk down "hacker memory lane" and altho i dont agree with the guy on every thing i say grab the book if you have nothing other 2 do

It's amazing, looking back, at the number of systems I could have catastrophically "infected" in my time as an systems engineer and security consultant. Anything from operating system back-doors to weapons systems hijacking.
$100/hr for computer security consultation? I would walk away laughing at that rate. Heck, even my mechanic charges $100/hr.
