what you're thinking of is that science used to say that bees shouldnt be able to fly because of the way the wings were and their weight compared to it or something.
but recently a group of scientists watched a bee on an extremely slow motion camera and realized the motion of the wings create tiny vortexes, which gives it its ability to fly
WOW WTF AMAZING. but isnt there some phenomenon in which the dragonfly should technically not be able to fly because of a vortex or something.
