  • Nicel video...ummmm... forgive me, but why are you combining so much fat with simple carbohydrate? Surely you must know from experience that all that extra avocado fat only serves to delay the digestion and assimilation/ absorption into the bloodstream, causing "hard-to-miss" fermentation and tiredness? It's far better for your health and performance to eat fruit alone and also overt fats alone. (Of course green leaves such as kale and spinach go well with fruit, or fat.

  • Bananas are actually not technically are fruit, but a flowering pod. Haha, i just call them a fruit though. who wants to say, "oh, i just had some flowering pods for breakfast."

  • Liking to eat the muscles of animals doesn't mean leaning about and consuming more fruit won't make you healthier. On the contrary, research demonstrates again and again that the more plant-based food you eat the healthier you will be.

  • Yeah, i know just eating meat isn't healthy, but i also eat lots of vegetables. i don't like eating fruit because the high amounts of sugar in it.

  • Your brain runs on sugar. Carbohydrates(sugars) are the cleanest source of fuel for your body. Fruit is extremely healthy and the glycemic load from fruit is actually pretty low due to the high fiber and water content.
