its a bmw 4 cylinder (judging by the muffler) k-series bike from the 80's or 90's. I'd say a K1100LT or a K1000RT

Hey thanks, only caught it a few weeks ago but yeah its an old model eg light stalk is big and bulbus as in your vid its the new thin shape and yeah the its an old type of bike too police board is old too
