Very sweet! I remember when you decided to bring this tune out of cold storage & I'm so glad you did! It's where it belongs now - for everyone to enjoy! I do agree with Zsolt too...it's so refreshing not to see 'get-ups' or super special effects, but just simple, music done well & with care. It wins every time!
@Gingerjake2 Thank you Ginger. My main objective of this session was to get this song redone and I'm really happy with how it turned out. We did two takes of this to start the session and then we came back and did this take after we had done a few other songs.. All told we got 5 keepers in a two hour session and the only rehearsal was if we did more than one take.
It is so nice to listen to you guys, Stan. I miss this kind of entertainment/self-expression a lot here where I live. Great song and so nice to watch/listen to you. This is not the kind of commercial performance you see from hyped stars but the kind you can really relate to. Thank you for giving me a glimpse of this.
