the last 40 seconds or so was interrupted by what I would describe as jamming. Inhofe is right to question beliefs that would translate into policies that the EPA would administer. I listened to this broadcast today and starting around 5:30 seconds the broadcast audio was filled with hiss.

As a professional audio engineer I would swear that someone or somebody is intentionally putting this hiss in there so people will not hear your broadcast.
