I am curious about why you chose to use a pop-culture-ish song for background music. Do you think this undermines trying to use YouTube as a viable academic platform, or was this sort of tension perhaps part of your intent?

We need to model the videos, journalism, discussion, learning and media that we demand. Criticism is the first step, it allows us to see what isn't enough (this you;ve done); then we need to see what can teach and feed us, and work to get people to it.
