Intels integrated graphics are also very poor. Even when Ivy bridge comes out, it will most likely amount to maybe an a6 at best. Intel is trying hard to compete with Radeon with integrated graphics. AMD owns Radeon, but they are doing very well with it.

Okay people saying that its a lie are not always correct. The software AMD is showing now benefits directly from working with AMD. Its almost like Nvidia runs an Nvidia based game, the performance is normally a lot better. Of course AMD will be much better with a software designed for an AMD gpu (even the integrated one).

Only the users show accurate results. Marketing ploys are the reason I have a hard time trusting companies.

As an example, McDonalds says they use real meat. It's heavily salted cardilage, chemicals, and who knows what the hell other stuff they use.

Well idiots not a fan here. This video compares the CPU in a price range not against the same type because if you want the 'same' with Intel you have to pay more with a core i7-2720 for example. And with the same price from a i5 you can buy one AMD quad core and GPU in the same package giving you the best performance to render videos. It is something specific for specific customers. No more no less. A little advantage for those people with less money that want a little more.

If you compare cpus at the same price intel and amd are very much alike except for the bulldozer - becouse the bulldozer is just crap. But Intel is much better at singel threaded applications. AMD is not lying. if you try yourselves you will get the same results as in this video. But that doesn't mean that it's an overall better cpu. And what I can recall AMD never claimed that either

AMD's onboard graphics are better than Intel's, which is understandable considering they own ATI. In terms of sheer performance, Intel has been ahead for ages now. Even the first generation i5's outperform the X6's.
