you can get a ready to fly multiplex easystar for 200. then all he did was attach a camera to the plane. i dont know if he uses the easystar but its a very good beginner plane. if your looking at getting into the hobby you should get FMS. or if you really want to be able to practice get aerofly pro deluxe and learn on that. i wish i would have done that. it may not seem as "cool" but its the best way

I used an EasyStar Glider and a Casio EX-Z600 camera mounted in the nose of the plane, pointing slightly down. The plane has been converted to take a brushless motor. 11.1V 2200 MAH battery.
