Yes, your own sims baby CAN be taken away from the social worker. :) All you need to do is not feed 'em, make them have no social, well basically lower all their moods (can be done by *ctrl,shift and c* boolprop testingcheatsenabled true) and lowering them all exept for hunger, then they will get taken away. The adult sims have a bad memory, though.

You can only have twins. If you want triplets and quads, you have to download a hack on the computer. It's on a few sites, google it.

Sims can still wear their swimwear and underwear while pregnant. I'm not sure how to get triplets, I only know a cheat for getting twins.
