I don't see anything in the bill relating to the health choices commissioner on page 42. Or anything about providing all non US citizens free healthcare on page 50 of the bill. Page 58 talks about submission of claims. Page 16 does not say that we will be required to take it. I am reading the parts of the bill that he is talking about and I don't see anything related to what he says. Is he reading the same bill I am?

The Scandinavian countries have the highest development level, and are the richest, they have one of the highest education and health care levels! Almost all countries have universal health care! I'm Norwegian. Our health care system is great. I have insurance. If i get hurt, I will get free health care, and the government and my insurance company will pay me money depending on my injury. If you lose a finger, and the hospital are unable to put it back on, or you lose the function of that finger you will get payed. Depending on what finger, the government will way you anything from 20 000 to 100000 NOK pr finger (5,8NOK = 1USD) + what you get from your insurance company.

If you then reference that clause of employer contributions, they say it is referenced under section 312. Now had you read all that you would find that employers will be audited by the commissioner which is under the direction of the treasury dept. However if you have a failure in the drivetrain 2500 dollars not covered. 1600 dollar electrical not covered. If you cant pay the deductible then you dont even get the covered items. People dont make enough to afford the costs. Thats the problem. Doctors are not going to take a pay cut.

I am in England and believe me, what Obama is suggesting is nothing like the UK's National Health System [NHS]. My friend had to go to hospital with colitis, he was in for 16 days, all free, the NHS, via a sick-note ensured he lost no pay because of this and he his fine now except for a few changes in his diet. US, please don't assume your socialised medicine is based on our NHS. I have heard a lot of junk about huge waiting lists, if you are in pain and need treatment you get it straight away

At least 5 to 14hrs wait to SEE a "general" doctor without appointement , up to 3 months waiting for specialised doctor appointements , 6 -12 months and more waiting lists for surgeries and yes that includes alot of wait times for FUCKING CANCER patient! Not even talking here about 50 years old hospital buildings , old and inapropriate equipements...

I don't see anything in the bill relating to the health choices commissioner on page 42. Or anything about providing all non US citizens free healthcare on page 50 of the bill. Page 58 talks about submission of claims. Page 16 does not say that we will be required to take it. I am reading the parts of the bill that he is talking about and I don't see anything related to what he says. Is he reading the same bill I am?

They have to BRIBE people to take up private health insurance here by taxing them 1.5% more if they earn over a certain amount and DON'T take up private insurance and provide a 30% rebate if you do.. A free gift to private insurance companies and incentive to bribe users into it. They have to beat people with a stick to get out of government run healthcare - Sounds hellish to me! These are facts, there is no arguing with them, you wouldn't have to do this if people weren't happy with it.

I'm from Poland and i like the free health care system. If i have a health problem i go to the doctor and don't have to worry how much it is going to cost me. I just get it done. The Scandinavian countries have the highest development level, and are the richest, they have one of the highest education and health care levels! Almost all countries have universal health care! Except US and a couple other 3-rd world countries!

I'm Norwegian. Our health care system is great. I have insurance. If i get hurt, I will get free health care, and the government and my insurance company will pay me money depending on my injury. If you lose a finger, and the hospital are unable to put it back on, or you lose the function of that finger you will get payed. Depending on what finger, the government will way you anything from 20 000 to 100000 NOK pr finger (5,8NOK = 1USD) + what you get from your insurance company.

Actually if read it. It told you that Grandfathering existing coverage was described under sec. 202 D (2). If you then reference that clause of employer contributions, they say it is referenced under section 312. Now had you read all that you would find that employers will be audited by the commissioner which is under the direction of the treasury dept. Oh by the way if your an employer and don't sustain adequate coverage you will get taxed an additional 2.3 % until your caught up-o audit?

Do you know why Canada and Britain even have a national healthcare system? Its because the people campaigned for it due to high costs in the market and that certain companies used their financial power to dictate certain cost-thresholds and this put pressure on people who didn't have a sufficiently high-paid job. Now, their systems are NOT perfect and there is still too much private influence - but they are MUCH better than the EMBARASSMENT of healthcare in the USA. Single-payer NOW!

If you allow the government to do NOTHING and then get the insurance-companies out of the government. Guess what? It wont change anything unless the right representatives get in government to REGULATE THE MARKET. The definition of democracy is a socialist economic system within a republic. City and county taxes pay for fire dept, school, some law enforcement. The problem is.. is that we need something NOW. People are unemployed and underemployed and thousands die daily because their is no healthcare for them. We need to look at the world and to see who has the best health care system and take from their success and eliminate their errors. This can be done. We could all have communal health care. The problem is your health insurance will only be worth the small stuff. Just like all those non bumper to bumper warranties which say hey we will pay for your 1500 dollar A/C or your 3500 dollar engine fail. However if you have a failure in the drivetrain 2500 dollars not covered. 1600 dollar electrical not covered. If you cant pay the deductible then you dont even get the covered items. People dont make enough to afford the costs. Thats the problem. Doctors are not going to take a pay cut.

I am in England and believe me, what Obama is suggesting is nothing like the UK's National Health System [NHS]. My friend had to go to hospital with colitis, he was in for 16 days, all free, the NHS, via a sick-note ensured he lost no pay because of this and he his fine now except for a few changes in his diet. US, please don't assume your socialised medicine is based on our NHS. I have heard a lot of junk about huge waiting lists, if you are in pain and need treatment you get it straight away
