HOA's are unconstitutional and should be outlawed. The American people have certain inalienable rights. INALIENABLE. This means that there is no mechanism by which a person can be separated from them, not even voluntarily. Life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness are only three examples of those rights. HOA's intrude on peoples' liberty and pursuit of happiness as standard practice. This makes them unconstitutional. Yes, I know this is from the Declaration, doesn't really matter, does it?

@tomcwpb I agree 100%, they should all be dissolved and outlawed. I am currently dealing with some fascist HOA board members. I literally have had to escort them off of my property while they snidely act as though they can throw up a tent and live there. It is out of hand and probably will end in violence.
