ok its ovi ur nt ready 4 it practise a scrtatch spin if u can do that and turn it in2 a backspin get a private tutor also practise 1 foot and just keep practtising i no how hard it cn b
when u go into the spin, bend your knees more so you can get more speed. another thing is to keep your knees straight when u are spinning. But that was pretty good (im having a lot of trouble on this too)
