440 motors are gas hogs. The end of the big block Mopar. Installing a K&N air cleaner set up will help.

With all the clean air crap on the motor, she will be a lover of gas.

Do you have a generator in that motorhome? Would be a good idea, incase it's a cloudy day, and the solar panels can't charge.

I saw a hack that allows you to bypass the rectifier in the digital converter so that it can run directly off of your 12 volt system. But in the hack, he used an multimeter to check the voltage and it just happened to be 12. You're may be different but it can be done.This would make the inverter redundant for that purpose if you even need to do so, may be more efficient.

@JOLLYROOGUR I wish. It has a 440 big block under the hood paired with a auto 3-speed trans geared low. Pulls a 19' bayliner around effortlessly, Pro...plenty of power. Con....inhales fuel, terrible gas mileage. I'm hoping a carb rebuild helps.

@mikesamc runs like a champ, that 440 under the hood totes it right along, with a auto 3 speed tyranny geared low for great power. Not much of a racer, but pulls my boat around with ease. Sounds tight and clean
