I once played "quixotry" in my Scrabble club. However, there were no triples involved, so it was only worth 78 points. I still lost. :'(

This indolent Atlantianism is inaccurate. CAZIQUES is the highest possible scoring word. This newsreader forgot to append that QUIXOTRY is the highest possible US-dictionary only, scoring word...
