Thanks, This is a half step down like most of his stuff. The chords are D Cadd9 and what i guess you would call a Cadd9/B I play by ear just play the Cadd9 and then keep same chord just remove middle finger and move your pointer finger up to A string 2nd fret. Also the E string is tuned like drop D so the little Bridge part is E and A string on the 3 fret and then 5th fret and there is an A at the end of the bridge. Just listen to It and you will figure it out.
