This movie is one of the better Korean movies in the last few years. Similar too "A moment to remember", a mix of tragedy and sadness but joy as well (you will feel both). it is beautifully crafted also this comes from a 29 years old guy who studies films at university. With my typical high standards for movies, I would rate this around 7/10 which is better then just good. Nothing you will see every day in Korean cinema. definitely worth watching :)

I just finished watching this..it was beautiful, So Ji Sub was amazing and so was Han Hyo Joo...but it was so awesome that I felt like the ending was too luckluster...but willing to overlook that for the amazing performances by these two, plus a fantastic soundtrack

Finished watching this!! Great movie, I cried and smiled a lot... So Ji Sub and Han Hyo Joo are 2 amazing korean actors...I tremendously love this kind of movie so melodramatic and very heartwarming movie to watch...

I have to agree with the comment in the description bar.. Seems very cliched, same old fated storyline as many other Korean melodramas about lovers who are sick or can't be together, etc. etc. ... However, what makes me want to see it is that the directing seems promising... Even though there's nothing out-of-the-ordinary about the visuals of the movie, the shots are done simply but beautifully. Not to mention that I think Han Hyo Joo is one of the best actresses of her time.
