AH mais je remarque un truc, c'est qu'ils n'ont aucune protection!!! Ils ont au moins une coquille j'espère et peut être aussi des protèges tibias. Je suis dans un club de karaté où l'on fait du traditionnel(shotokan) et du karaté contact. En cours de contact on met des protections sauf le casque et le torse; en compétition de contact ils mettent le casque en plus et peut être aussi la protection du torse mais chuis pas sûr. En tout cas, çà me paraît dangereux de le faire sans protection...
I decided to get into a little bout with a kyokushin dude just for fun and I was really impressed, he took some nasty body shots from me but he was punching and kicking my mid section relentlessly, non stop, impossible to block them all let alone even half of them, he just WOULD NOT STOP and so yeah it was the first time I have ever voluntarily given up from strikes, he was like 6 inches away from me and he somehow kicked me in the chin, not quite knockout power but it dazed me like a mf.
