its pretty easy to learn this song by just listening and watching this video. i recommend to watch john frusciante talking about the song (related videos)

the basic chord progression goes --Am, G, Dm--

Then the wah wah part is basically the same notes. hard to explain just listen, it is really easy. the chorus goes F, C, D, G. (Power chord) the solo is all played in D minor pentatonic. really easy to tab by ear.
