Balloons are not 100% biodegradable - only after 6 months to 4 years of killing wildlife in the environment! The waste of helium is driving the price of this noble gas up, and decreasing supply essential for medical technology. A thrill for about 20 seconds, offends many; costly wildlife recovery, necropsy, burial. Bad, NO more.
