Hi Louie thanks for all of your invaluable advice on lifting weights to the max, i been doing the box squat which took a little getting used to at first, i think it was more a case of trusting my legs to lift the increased weight that is on my shoulders, i am beginning to notice my legs getting used to pushing me up off the box now more easily now, just out of interest Louie what are your thoughts on the MANTA RAY is it worth investing in to help with my squats when i dont use the box.
