Chaney has a fantastic sense of humor, but here he is making two political digs with one comment. The Left referred to Reagan's Strategic Defense Initiative as Star Wars. They did this in hopes of discrediting the plan and by extension the Reagan Administration. Hillary Clinton made comment about the Vice President's motorcade pulling into D.C. and Darth Vader getting out.  This achieved the same effect as the twenty years earlier rhetoric. This is Cheney calling them out on both. Brilliant!

Bush most certainly took advantage of the situation to gain control of the oil reserves in Iraq and Afghanistan, but he didn't plan 9/11, and neither did the C.I.A. He is a puppet on strings who probably needs direction on even how to tie his shoes. The CIA is a great place to dissect thoroughly. At least do that and than show me what you have found.
