Jose Baez is such an idiot. He thinks it was his great defense skills that got Casey off when in fact it was the simple fact that there was just not enough evidence to convict her. No one said she was innocent. The jury had to (under the law) find her not guilty.

I don't disagree, however if you saw he evidence in the Joseph Edward Duncan III case, specifically the 'video' that showed him masturbating while he watched that poor child hanging with his hands tied behind his back, near death, before releasing the child, I bet you would disagree. They may not be the best defense team, but the pray on the weakness of the defense, the fact that they never could determine the cause of death was key for the not guilty veredict. They relied in circunstancial evidence, the jury cannot find her guilty just cuz their gut tells them she's guilty, they need hard evidence.
