  • 3m restoration kit and any plastic polish/Meguiars or Mothers... My lens look brand new...

  • this kit is good if your headlights arent tooo bad, but if there is a pretty good have you def have to sand it off, but I def will say that plastic x works way better than half the shit out there. Wet sand first with whatever grit sandpaper you need depending on how bad it is of course and work your way up, then use plastic x to polish it out.

  • Or you could use toothpaste.

  • I have plastX at home

  • I "restored" one of mine with a polishing compound that I already had on hand. I just hand rubbed with a rag and cleaned with Windex and waxed. Worked great! I think it just depends on the degree of oxidation or if the clear coat is wearing off as to what will do the job.

  • I restore headlights for a living. Would anyone be interested in my services?

  • i would like to see someone walk into a random junkyard and restore a headlight, and let a random person to pick the headlight.

  • shit doesn't work. Don't buy this crap you will be wasting your money. It didn't do hardly anything for my headlights and i buffed them 5 or 6 times over and nope.

  • @SteelCity1981 troll

  • @34kobe192 I'm a troll because i posted a comment? Idiot.

  • They need hot chick operators answering the phones, not a bunch of hair-legs! But then again, chicks wouldn't know what the hell you were talking about.

  • why dont you wet sand it

  • still not statisfied

  • $1.25 toothpaste and towel does the same thing.

  • the only reason why it looks so clean is because of the wax in the cleaner, wash it off and see that it looks the same, just slightly different, most of he haze is from rock and dirt scratches like the ones u get on ur hood, not repairable for plastic tho, just buy a new headlight if u care so much

  • @audiocable DISLIKE!!!

  • @audiocable this acually does work its just polish which will remove oxidation

  • All you have to do is tape around the lense with blue painters tape and wet sand with 400 grit automotive sandpaper and after that use a wax cleaner and sealer. It's not rocket science. LAMO

  • bullshit, dont waste your money, go buy a can of acrylic clear coat and spray over no more than 2 coats and it looks brand new

  • Can this be done fully by hand as well?

  • excellent video!
