The girl's voice was great, but I have a few points I want to make for the guy;

1) Too operatic. This is a very soulful piece, and the pronunciation was too... proper.

2) Especially at the beginning, you cut off on words that should have been held out for a few beats.

3) Vibrato overload! Listen to Brian Stokes Mitchell. He is capable of putting in the vibrato, but the trouble is that words get lost in the performance.

That all being said, you have a very good voice.
