@thebmxrider1000 I just rented that movie for a bad movie night! his crappy movies (dozens of them) are so entertaining and he always gives his best. Except "The swarm" he looked very bored
Gawd! I remember when "Sleuth" showed on network TV in 1976. Of course Mom and Dad packed me off to bed before that but I recall as a grade-schooler hearing water-cooler conversation about it at the time.
Sir Michael Caine is an English multi- generational film actor and author. Sir Caine has appeared in over one hundred films and is one of Britain's most respected actors. Sir Caine has been Oscar-nominated six times, winning his first Academy Award for Hannah and Her Sisters 1986. Sir Caine won his 2nd Oscar for The Cider House Rules 1999. Sir Caine's Alfred the butler from Batman Begins 2005, The Dark Knight 2008 and now The Dark Knight Rises 2012 is epic acting thank you. KauAIcr07 #186
Lawrence Olivier was a true gentleman and master of his craft. Michael Caine - who couldn't possibly have had a better mentor - is a worthy successor.
Gotta love Michael Caine. Love the movie The Whistle Blower. A pint of Newcastle Brown with Sir Michael and a few stories from Korea and beyond would be sweeeet ;)
Great actor, he can do support actor roles, like in new Batman films, in his sleep, and he is good in those films. But Its films like these he does, where we get the Best of Caine. Id luv to see him and Connery team up again and do another film together. Sadly I heard Connery Is retired. Got to cherish these old greats, young actors can learn so much from them.
Lovely Guy!!!!!!!!!!!!

I think Michael Caine played the best Alfred too :) He was a sophisticated yet funny Alfred with the "little log" comment to Christian.
I like the Alfie movie of course. I sing a version of Alfie on my Emilydogcat account too:)
I like Michael Caine's accent and his story telling ability :)

Michael Caine should do a speaking tour where he just tells stories on stage, like Peter Ustinov did.
I reckon he'd pack any venue for something like that.

Guess who promotes this class system?
Those stinking German leaches in Buckingham Palace.
They don't want you to think you're their equal.
Of course they aren't your equal....
they're inferior to you....
but don't want you to know it.
