@vnakaluz edible flowers are made with wires in them the same way lollipops are made with sticks in them. something has to hold them up.

wow, it definatley does look delish! can i ask, for the strawberry buttercream, did you just add liquid strawberry flavouring?

I actually added some seedless jam and fresh mascerated strawberries. I made sure to keep the buttercream a little stiff so the addition of the jam wouldn't thin it out too much to pipe.
