This is why you want airbags at least in every bulkhead seat, if not every seat in the airplane. A 3-point belt doesn't cut it; you need the airbag. Look up AmSafe aviation airbags here on YouTube for some pretty dramatic footage.
Airbag was the final solution for the front row seats. For the other rows we solved the issue integrating special features into the front backrest in order to reduce below the limit the value of the head strike energy (HIC)
Long distance coaches (busses) in Australia must have 3 point seat belts fitted on *every* passenger seat. It can be done. Why do they persist with airbags and useless lap belts on aircraft??

so if you stall or make a sharp turn you dont go from your seat to the celing or to the floor or worse.....the next couple of aisles

I think cathay pacific introduce a 3 point belt into their economy class.
