  • lol 1-3

  • Better than Doherty and Beer combined. Aussies should have played him in The Ashes this time.

  • Hauritz is FUCKING USELESS.........anyone watching the current series vs NZ? He's bowled more no balls than ANYONE ELSE.........and he's a fucking spinner!!!! What a disgrace.......I've bowled spin for over 20 years, and NEVER bowled a no ball.......why is he so deperate to get so close to the front foot line???? It makes NO SENSE AT ALL......Ponting should tell him to take his bowling mark back 1 foot, or he doesn't bowl at all....

  • u stfu Hauritz has done the job for australia in the w.i and pakistan series when the selectors wanted it. besides id like to see you bowl in test cricket see how much better you are

  • Done the job? Paul Harris has a better record than Hauritz and Harris is one of the worst spinners in cricket, never mind internationally. Hauritz can't turn the damn ball. He bowls negative, defensive lines which I suppose is what you mean, but is that what Australia really want? Your seam attack looks very handy but you need more than an "end holder", which is all that Hauritz is. In the ODI's against Pakistan he's takin one wicket at five runs an over, and that's just against a tail ender.

  • hauritz is shit cant turn the ball and if he takes any wickets along with his VERY expensive spell it was probably the tail enders

  • gee this bloke is really threatening the pathetic west indies isn't he. He never even spins the bloody ball and looks like a poofta girl. Bring back krejza

  • sore aussie losers haha :P

  • Nathan Hauritz has done a fantastic job for Australia. He is no Shane Warne BUT he did his best and was a vital part of Australias attack. Once again the selectors failed us.

  • LOL at you ozzie fucks. we were the better team, sit down and accept it

  • i'll sit down and accept it was a very close ashes series and that the selectors made a poor decision by not playing Hauritz in the last test match (otherwise we probably would have won). Also didn't really like the time wasting tactics in the first test at Cardiff. What isn't close is the ODI series... 6-1... unlucky mate.

  • Australia would have won at lords, Hussey Hughes & Katich would have surly had 115 runs in there kit, umpires won the game for England, I could score a big ton against Englands bowling attack, its shit.

  • i suppose Austrailia cud do with a batsmen like you after the last test then

  • hahahahaha well one nil to the england

  • After tonight 1 all fucktard.

  • Nathan Hauritz has played very well so far. But as far as bowling attacks go, Flintoff, Anderson and Swann took Aus apart at lords.

Clarke helped the Australians save a bit of face, because without that partnership they would have been flogged by almost 300 runs.

  • I really don't think Hauritz is the answer, there must be a better spinner in australia surely?! For the first time england actually have a fair list of spinners they could play; swann, monty, rashid etc are all better than the aussie offering.

Actually australia look pretty bare in the seamer department too with other england bowlers Harmy, Plunkett, mahmood and Sidebottom unlucky to be kept out.

It's the first time in my lifetime that I've seen the aussies so weak in bowling.

  • Excuse me? Top three wicket takers in the series:

    Hilfenhaus

    Siddle

    Johnson

  • Thanks for reminding me. We'll see after the oval anyway. It doesn't help your bowlers much if your batsmen condemn them to an innings defeat either.

I rate johnson more now having seen him on form, hilfenhaus looks good too. Siddle is a stop gap til someone good comes along presumably.

I still think Hauritz is village.

  • do u have the vid of him getting his finger broken?

  • good to see hauritz hasput in a good performance, alot of ppl were on his back, including me, but he really showed some class out there, good turning of the ball and variation.

it is definately a hard act to follow behind warne, like mcgill he was just unlucky to be in the same generation of talent, especially wen hauritz isnt the youngest either.

  • Everyone i feel was very unfair to Nathan Hauritz, talked about him as though he's never held a cricket ball in his life!! Nobody is going to be in the same class as shane warne thats for sure, he revolutionised spin bowling and Hauritz is just a mere mortal, but that doesnt mean he's a mug with a cricket ball! Australian selectors dont pick mugs. But at the same time hes nothing special, hes ur average finger spinner. He wasnt amazing against england, but he was accurate and bowled with a plan.

  • Thanks for posting!!!
