We all need to understand that any Scipture can be interpreted differently and we cannot say one is true and other is not.

First, you have to understand that there is a sovereign God who created everything. He created paradise for His chosen.(like you and your house).
Now I can shout and ask people to come into my house and people may come into my house but it is YOUR house which is paradise. This is similar to religions and gods who are not true.
The people coming to you, e.g. leper reflects a sinful man while a healthy is righteous, good person hoping to enter in your home by his own virtues.
