I have a receding hairline in the front of my head, but the rest of my head has hair. I have no balding in the back, it's just receding near my temples, but it's not TERRIBLE. I like to keep my hair short on the side. @james1418  Hi James, This patient will need around 1,500 to 2,000 hair grafts to fill in the frontal area. The more hair you transplant, the better the density and more reinforcement.
