Hey man is that the Epiphone DR100? If so, what brand Capo are you using? Its extremely hard to find a capo that works with this guitar because of the fact that the strings are raised above the frets more than most guitars.

This song isn't too difficult and you're playing it pretty good.

But you are so hard on the guitar! Don't hit the strings like they're your worst enemy. Be a little more gentle.

Also, I see there is a lot of tense in your right hand. The power for the strum shouldn't come from the whole arm, but only from the part where the palm of your hand connects to the arm.

I'm sorry for sounding a little mean. As I said, it sounds good. But try to be more relaxed and play gently.

@Melly2oo this can be pulled off successfuly by beginners - there are easy play versions that sound pretty good. Your hand remains at the same fret position throughout with only three fingers moving at most. Try clapping out the rythm while listening to the song and thats a great way to get the timing and chord changes set in your head.

Great job on the right strumming pattern and timing. Only pointers i recommend is to look less tense and just relax and show how much you enjoy it. Also, don't strum so HARD and CHOPPED on the strings, relax ur right hand a bit and just let it strum the strings, not SLAM the strings. But that is MY opinion, but still a GREAT JOB keep it up bud.

@DimebagTributer I had the same problem at the beginning. The thing is that we learn to play the guitar in at awkward position and that make our left arm tense and we tend to strum too hard. I solved this practising more in higher frets, like 7 or 8 and that way my left arm got used to the movements more easily. I hope this helps :)
