Very nice video. on my website I have online texting for free for anyone to use. Also Mobile Search find info and ads, promotions on anyphone you type in. Just go to my profile to see.
Companies have already begun charging for applications. For example, iambic has two Android apps that cost $4.95. I'm sure these will appear on the Android Market once Google adds the ability to charge for software.
I doubt there will ever be a really significant number of Android applications if companies can't make money by developing them.
oh ok then, but idk, there are alot of apps for palm (i know the palm OS has kinda gone away now lol) but there were alot of really good apps for it that were free back when i used it, so who knows
@TechnologyGuide That's just the way it is. Software development is a demanding profession that need constant study. It's only natural for programmer to make a living as we have families to support and bills to pay. I still can't understand why there is this common sense software should be free. This application take many hours of hard work and any new platform, such as android, haves a steep learning curve unless your already very experienced.
This nothing short of cracks me up when people review Android, talk about features it has that other phones don't come close to matching, skip the features they have in common, call Android limited and then review one of these other phones with all its shortcomings and call it great.
You didn't give a single specific example of what you're referring to. What are the features you think Android has that other phones don't come close to matching?
