Its a 1968 Ford Custom 500. ...My first car.  Mine had a 302 V8 pushing about 280 HP. It had an FMX automatic transmission, but you could pull the vacuum line off the modulator valve to reveal a small set screw (which when turned one way or the other changed the shift pattern). It had a 2 barrel Holly carburetor and when you stepped on the gas, it really went. Its very similar to the '65 Galaxy 500.
