You can sing Keeper of the Stars by Tracy Bird - and since you will become famous by December 2011 I'll buy your hit single to have played when my husband and I renew our vows on our 10 year wedding anniversary. This was our wedding song when we got married in 2001. Thanks - and thanks!
I'd love to see you in your Santa hat singing Up On The Housetop
by the Jackson 5 (1970 Jackson 5 Christmas Album). To be fair one person couldn't create the same effect so I'd settle for the way Gene Autry sings it. :-)
Something to listen when trying to reach the soul-thing might be a genre called "fado". You can find it in YouTube, too. Singers like Ana Moura and Mariza.
~OOPS! Forgot some artists ;-) If Loving You Is Wrong I Don't Want to be Right...Luther Ingram When A Man Loves A Woman...Percy Sledge Lean On Me..Bill Withers Only The Lonely...Roy Orbison ~~~~A few more When I Close My Eyes...Kenny Chesney A Man This Lonely...Brooks & Dunn In This Life...Collin Raye Can't wait for the videos ;-) ~Di~

@wp4565775 I'm ashamed to even admit this, but I had never heard the luther ingram versions. I've always ever known the barbara mandrell version. But I just listened to his version and it's really good!
This sounds like a lot of fun! Best Wishes to you and its nice to virtually meet you! My suggestion is a beautiful song called Praise You in The Storm by Casting Crowns...it has touched a lot of people...check out the video on this site .
Hiya markie! Hey how's about Remember When by Alan Jackson OR go rest high on that mountain by Vince Gill ??? Or You Are To Me by Conway Twitty or Unanswered Prayers by Garth Brooks? Just a few of my favorites that I think you'd be great at ...
Major Tom by Shiny Toy Guns; Liberty Valence (man who shot) by Gene Pitney ; Sail On by The Imperials; I Think Were Alone Now by Tiffany. These are some fun songs! Good luck
Patsy Cline's Crazy? I'd love to hear you sing that! Or My funny Valentine, Linda Rondstat did that and others. Why don't we do it in the road, by the beatles. Or Imagine by John Lennon. Ain't No Sunshine by Bill Withers. When I'm 64 by the Beatles. Good Luck! What fun!
You've gotta do "Cattle call" by Eddy Arnold and if you do please let me know so I can have a few shots of Bourbon before I view the vid. This would have to be the best vid ever! lol
@JarheadPatriot0311 LOL, hmmm, interesting suggestion. I think leann rimes did a version of his song too. I will have to look it up. If it's what I think it is, then yes, we all might need a couple shots first, and I don't even drink!! :o)
@scutter4christ In regards to maintenance, a soda can and tin snips or scissors can make a negative battery post sleeve, where the terminal is loose when fully tightened, rather than buying a $5 sleeve. That sleeve can fall out anywhere where treating your battery. Battery cleaner and protector is good to have too.
John berry has such a beutiful voice that Im sure you can do him wonderfully. I just recently redicovered Gene Watson -- love him too. Forgot to mention -- a few Marty robbins songs are my favs -- I think you could do him pretty good too. I know you can prove your friend wrong.
Here are some suggestions...
Grits-- ooh ahh

Oh yeah, I forgot - pick any old song from Stryper - especially the ones that hit the high notes.
MelodyOfVision 1 year ago
I'd REALLY like to see you do a rap song: 1.) "Lord Give Me a Sign" by DMX. (And dress hip hop for it!)
Hmmm, two other song picks? Let's see....
2.) "Pray" by MC Hammer (No, you don't have to dance like him ha ha!) - I think this is a pop song.
3.) "Jesus Take the Wheel" or "Temporary Home" or "All American Girl" by Carrie Underwood (yes, these are my favorites) which are of course, country.
