Ever thought about doing some handstanding on wood blocks, or home made "low" paralell bars? You could make a preatty good video about those too. Btw. i know you have lots of training tip videos here, but you should def make a video about the basic excersise for handstanding in one video... keep it up the great work, you give a lot of inspiration.
Training for (straddle) planche. Shoulders are relatively strong. I can do handstand push ups and hold a tucked planche. However I cant do the advanced tucked planche at all. When i try to raise my hips and legs, nothing.... i dont have any strength to raise. I cant do the handstad from a static position either, always have to throw my legs up. Any tips???
@juhas514 wasn't trying to diss him...the guy is definitely fit, however, I would've been more entertained by the video had he wore longer shorts or maybe even jogging pants. Good thing he didn't tilt to the left or right, or nut sack would've hung out.
@cwalkhurdler for me the harder one is the lever up, because the path from the center point to the handstand is longer( legs go away from the body)taking the long way around to the handstand. on the straddle if you are flexible your legs almost never go of the center point, you only have to lean forward a bit and you hips are on top of you head...and you are there( the path of the legs is from the side(short way around), never leaving the center.
